Full-cycle interior design
From keys to finished home.
I manage the whole process — design, layout, budget, contractors and suppliers — so you don't have to run it from another country. One point of contact, everything in writing.
Calm, transparent interior design for remote owners. A clear budget, a predictable process, and a finished home — ready to live in or rent out.
The hard part isn't buying
Then come the questions — does the layout actually work, what will the renovation really cost, and how do you manage all of it from another country, in another language?
Is the layout worth keeping?
What's the real renovation budget?
Who do I trust on the ground?
Who you'll work with
I'm Vera. I help people turn an apartment in Tbilisi into a home that still works five years in — whether you're living in it or renting it out.
Before interior design, I spent twenty years in international sales and marketing. That work taught me what trust is built on: a predictable process, clear communication, and attention to the details that are easy to miss. I bring the same three things to a renovation.
I know the Tbilisi market from the inside — the suppliers, the contractors, the quiet problems in new-builds — and I work in fluent English, with no one in between.
How it works
You tell me about the apartment and your plans for it. We discuss scope, budget and timeline.
Concept, layout, drawings, 3D visualisations, material schedules and a work plan — the whole project on paper before anything is touched on site.
Author supervision and procurement: I oversee the renovation and source, order and check every material as the work goes on.
You move into a finished home that works — and keeps working for years.
On site through the renovation — checking the work, the materials, the finish.
Services
Most people begin with a small, low-risk first step — then carry on into the full project.
From keys to finished home.
I manage the whole process — design, layout, budget, contractors and suppliers — so you don't have to run it from another country. One point of contact, everything in writing.
For an apartment you've already bought.
A clear read on what you're working with: an 8–10 page PDF covering the layout, a realistic renovation budget, the specific things to watch in this apartment, and an honest assessment of it for your goal — living in it or renting it out.
For when you're choosing between apartments.
Before you commit, I review the floor plans and what's known about each building, and we go through them together online — layout potential, likely renovation cost, the risks worth knowing, and how well each one fits what you want it for.
The result
Warm, durable, quietly considered — built around how you actually live, not how the photo looks.
These are renders and material studies from current work. The first finished projects are being photographed now — and they'll live here as they're done.
Get in touch
A short note is enough — the building or area, what stage you're at, and what you'd like to do. I'll reply within a day or two.
